Opened first freestanding store for North American market at the Grove in Los Angeles; Partnered directly with London Global HQ, responsible for managing plate launch updates and outposts within Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and Holt Renfrew.

 

Presented to Sephora and launched first color and skincare end caps for North America; managed prototype focus unit updates and overall updates for the gondola, working cross functionally with senior Merchandising stakeholders at Sephora. 

 

Communicated NA market needs from field reporting and research to advise NA strategy and present to London Global team; developed Visual Merchandising report and NA Market Plan for annual Sales meeting.

 

Designed and prototyped store fixtures in collaboration with Array; created large format visuals with Imtech; produced brand tests and a gaming booth with Arsenal.
