Lead design and execution of high-impact events across North America and Europe, collaborating with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key retailer partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement; Responsible for planning and collaborating on-set at photo and video shoots to help guide asset accuracy for still and video assets needed for events and retail.
Oversee the Retail Experience team in creating and producing graphic assets for print and in-store displays at premier retailers including Ulta, Sephora N.America and Canada, Ulta x Target, Sephora x Kohls, Nordstrom, SpaceNK, Douglas, and Mecca.
Collaborate cross-functionally to re-invent TULA’s brand architecture; Develop and execute visual merchandising and packaging overhaul for primary and secondary units; Work with external creative agency to develop an evolved brand look and toolkit; Responsible for leading all planning and execution of re-brand overhaul into retail and packaging channels.
